Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineer to lead the frontend development of our web application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Execution:
    • Develop and maintain the frontend architecture of our product.
    • Design and implement scalable and maintainable UI features.
    • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and functional features.
    • Contribute to full-stack development when needed, ensuring seamless integration across layers.
  • Team Mentorship & Code Quality:
    • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and guidance.
    • Establish coding standards, modular design practices, and component reuse.
    • Drive engineering excellence through design discussions, architecture reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Frontend Development & Integration:
    • Build responsive, maintainable UIs using React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
    • Work with state management libraries like Redux, Pinia, Vuex, or Zustand.
    • Develop shared component libraries and internal design systems.
    • Integrate with APIs, handling authentication, routing, and dynamic content.
    • Apply CSS techniques like SCSS, PostCSS, CSS Modules, or Tailwind.
  • Performance, Accessibility, and Testing:
    • Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
    • Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
    • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across screen sizes.
