At Fidelity International, our Finance Department is a global function with around 300 employees in 12 locations worldwide. We support business goals and objectives by improving shareholder value through timely, accurate, and relevant financial information.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the Distribution Reporting function and its role in FIL's Financial Services business. You will support stakeholders, manage critical reporting for senior management, handle day-to-day data issues, and act on various ad-hoc requests under tight timeframes.

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership, BU, and sales leaders to deliver key KPI reporting requirements related to Sales, assets, and Revenue.
  • Identify, maintain, and develop new reports required by Business teams using OBIEE and Power BI.
  • Gather, transform, and store data through data acquisition, metadata management, data cleansing, data transformation, and data distribution.
  • Ensure timely provision of key sales & assets metrics to senior management across FIL.
  • Review and analyse sales, assets, and revenue numbers to ensure accurate internal & external reporting.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and counterparties to resolve exceptions in a timely and pro-active manner.
  • Manage monthly stakeholder calls, sharing functional updates and resolving issues raised.
  • Maintain and develop new reports required by Business teams using OBI/Tableau/Power BI.
  • Ensure accurate recodes and adjustments are placed to the back-end, internal EDW system.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis, reports, and presentations to the business under challenging time frames.
  • Work with various tech teams to provide business requirements, identify solutioning, testing, and operational readiness.
  • Participate in projects as required and perform periodic general administrative tasks.
  • Lead global projects and drive both system and process change proactively.
  • Leverage data for decision-making purposes.

Additionally, you will participate in meetings with various teams to determine upcoming tech changes impacting the team/process.
