Business Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist businesses with their formation and registration processes in the USA.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with business entity formations, including LLCs, corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships.
  • Manage federal registrations, including obtaining Employer Identification Numbers (EIN), IRS filings, and compliance.
  • Conduct state-specific registrations, including sales tax, withholding tax, unemployment insurance, workers' compensation, and other state-required filings.
  • Set up and manage payroll registrations and compliance for US-based companies across multiple states.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of registrations, renewals, and compliance activities.
  • Provide advisory services regarding compliance requirements, regulatory changes, and best practices for business compliance in the US.
  • Ensure timely completion and filing of annual reports, franchise taxes, and other recurring obligations.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure accurate and timely compliance.

Candidates should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
