Job Title: Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our Digital Manufacturing IT team at Continental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions for manufacturing process specification and manufacturing tool management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a global team to design, develop, and rollout of IT services for manufacturing specification.
  • Support and coordinate software change request management process in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Define and review system architecture and supplier deliverables.
  • Understand and contribute to the product roadmap and drive architectural decisions.
  • Apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide the development team on issues related to the design, development, and rollout of manufacturing IT services.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience of more than 8 years as a professional software developer (preferably in Manufacturing IT).
  • Experience in analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of Microsoft .NET based systems with strong understanding of .NET framework (preferably .NET 5 onwards).
  • Strong experience in frameworks like Blazor/Angular/React.
  • Experience of RESTful APIs, Grpc services, and asynchronous programming.
  • Good knowledge of Data Management, Data Modelling/SQL/Database operations.
  • Foundational knowledge of ITIL framework and Service Operations.
  • Intercultural competency.
  • Flexibility, commitment, and ability to work in teams.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 10%, world-wide).
