Job Title: Financial Accountant

We are seeking a skilled financial accountant to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and have hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and management.
  • Accounts Payable: Verify and approve accounts payable entries, ensuring timely payments to vendors and employees.
  • Intercompany Transactions: Approve and pass intercompany transactions, raising AR and closing entries as required.
  • Trial Balance: Finalize trial balance on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Banking Transactions: Facilitate and execute banking transactions, including reconciliations and cash management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with borrowing covenants and related requirements, and prepare quarterly NAV certificates for investors.
Requirements:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Inter CA preferred.
  • At least 36 years of accounting experience, preferably in Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, or financial services.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP system.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with bankers, auditors, and regulators.
