Job Title: Mechanical Equipment Specialist

About the Role

This is a highly specialized position that requires extensive knowledge and experience in maintaining and overhauling complex mechanical equipment.

We are looking for a skilled individual who can carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of our rotary machinery.

  • Carry out regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and document any issues or anomalies encountered during the process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize overall efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of rotary equipment in Refinery, Oil Gas, or Petrochemical plants.
  • Turnaround maintenance experience is mandatory.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for rotary machinery.
  • Familiarity with vibration analysis and performance monitoring techniques.
  • Deep knowledge of safety protocols, with experience handling complex rotary systems in hazardous environments.
  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
