Job Title

This role involves working closely with the Client Success team to provide Tier-2 client support for software technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams and clients/partners.
  • Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team.
  • Assist the QA lead with quality assurance activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.
  • Speak with customers to quickly resolve their problems.
  • Propose workarounds to customers when fixes are not immediately available.
  • Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Support the rollout of new applications.
  • Provide support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Test and evaluate new releases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Availability to work during US hours (9 am to 6 pm central time).
  • Experience in tech support for web-based business applications with mobile interfaces.
  • Knowledge of Linux, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, and AWS.
  • Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Experience with ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
