Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Voice Bot Developer

Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated developer to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered voice bots that deliver seamless user interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop AI Voice Bots: Leverage open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, or similar models to create intelligent voice bots.
  • Fine-Tune and Customize Models: Adapt open-source models to suit project requirements for optimal performance.
  • Integrate Voice Recognition and Synthesis Technologies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice recognition and synthesis technologies for natural interactions.
  • Maintain and Improve Existing Systems: Maintain and improve existing voice bot systems based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay Updated: Stay current on the latest developments in open-source LLMs, NLP, and voice AI technologies.
  • Document Technical Specifications: Document technical specifications, architecture, and processes for internal use and future scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • NLP Experience: Experience with open-source LLM models and related fine-tuning techniques.
  • Speech Recognition and Synthesis: Familiarity with speech recognition and synthesis technologies (e.g., Google Speech API, Mozilla DeepSpeech, Tacotron).
  • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling of AI models.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
