As a seasoned business partner, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic relationships with enterprise clients. Your expertise will ensure seamless client engagement, successful solution adoption, and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, building trust and fostering strong partnerships.
  • Dive into client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to craft tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, executive reviews, and strategic planning meetings to drive client success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure aligned client objectives.
  • Engage in high-level discussions, aligning solutions with client goals and objectives.
  • Utilize data, KPIs, and market insights to provide actionable recommendations and measurable value.
  • Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, driving business growth.
  • Pivot client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
  • Stay abreast of industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Able to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
