Our Clinical Support Team is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Clinical Data Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written English skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy.

As a Clinical Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling high-volume clinician/clinic communications, maintaining records, and triaging inbound responses.

  • Execute templated communications via approved channels with zero ad-libs.
  • Keep records accurate: titles (Dr vs Clinic), dedupe, validate org details, maintain Do-Not-Contact lists.
  • Triage inbound responses using canned flows and update trackers.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.

We are looking for individuals with 0–2 years of experience in medical scribe / hospital admin / pharmacy back-office / RCM / insurance back-office / medical transcription / clinic coordinator roles or recent graduates who excel in process-driven work.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong written UK English.
  • Basic Google Sheets/Docs; familiarity with EMR/EHR/HIMS is a plus.
  • Confidentiality mindset (PHI aware); accuracy > speed.

This is a long-term, stable back-office role with UK hours (typically 13:30–22:30 IST; Mon–Fri; BST/GMT adjusts). Remote work opportunity available.
