Job Description
We are seeking an experienced BGV Quality Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all background verification reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on completed BGV reports to ensure data accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
- Verify supporting documents and verification proofs for authenticity.
- Cross-check findings with internal systems, source documents, and verification results.
- Apply client-specific formats, rules, and requirements during quality checks.
- Maintain accurate QC records for audit purposes.
- Generate quality-related MIS reports for management review.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in BGV Quality Auditing and implementation of corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in similar role.
