Metro Project Specialist

As a Deputy Chief Platform Screen Door Expert, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our Metro Projects.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead our team of experts in the installation and testing of sub-systems and integrated systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive testing plans for sub-systems and integrated systems.
- Reviewing contractors' installation plans and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinating with contractors to resolve any issues that may arise during the testing process.
- Maintaining accurate records of installation activities, including schedule and procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A graduate degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in the construction field, with at least 7 years of experience in the PSD of Metro Projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in an integrated project delivery environment.
- The ability to influence without authority and demonstrate outstanding leadership skills.
