Finance Operations Specialist - R2R Reconciliation

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation for our financial systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge in Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit, with exposure to US GAAP considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks related to divisional financial systems testing, integration, support, and reporting.
  • Provide support to the Financial Systems Team, Accounting Center, and Divisional Finance and Operations teams.
Essential Functions:
  1. Test and convert accounting data from branch agency management system to central divisional systems, including data analysis and reconciliation of converted data.
  2. Test and implement agency management system upgrades and production maintenance.
  3. Support agency management system accounting processes and users with production issues, maintaining organization and prioritization.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external development teams to test, implement, and resolve production issues and new functionality.
  5. Develop and coordinate training and communication on new Epic functionality and reports.
  6. Test and maintain finance and accounting reports in agency management systems and ancillary reporting systems.
  7. Develop and maintain accounting system procedures and testing documentation.
  8. Maintain electronic files for the accounting center as directed.
  9. Assist members of the Financial Systems team with various projects, audits, and duties as assigned.
