Senior Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project and Delivery Excellence:
    • Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of high-profile projects in the Banking sector.
    • Lead and manage a large team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals to ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and quality standards.
    • Establish effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes for all projects.
    • Continuously assess and enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
    • Nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensure alignment with delivered solutions.
    • Provide expert consulting services to Banking clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Drive sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to expand the portfolio.
    • Participate in RFP responses, engage in client discussions, and create winning proposals that meet both client requirements and organizational goals.
  • Financial Acumen:
    • Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising delivery quality.
    • Track financial performance, including revenue, margin, and cost optimization.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.
    • Foster a high-performance culture through continuous learning, development, and employee engagement.
  • Process Innovation:
    • Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in IT service delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly within the Banking sector.
