About the Role

We are seeking a skilled FEA Engineer to join our team at Peoplefy. As an FEA Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and modifying finite element analysis models for both cured tire and track systems, as well as mechanical assemblies related to track systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and modify finite element analysis models for cured tire and track systems, taking into account industrial constraints, OE CdC/customer specifications, and other relevant factors.
  • Provide technical studies, including simulations, limit studies, and design of experiments, to support the development of new models and systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including study reports and conclusions, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all technical requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in finite element analysis using ANY CAD tool.
  • Strong understanding of CAD tools and their applications in finite element analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
