Psychologist/Therapist Position

Role Description:

As a Psychologist/Therapist, you will be providing counseling and therapy for a range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioral, and relationship issues. You will use structured, evidence-based approaches to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality counseling and therapy services to clients with various psychological concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with senior psychologists and other team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (M.Phil./Ph.D./RCI preferred but not mandatory).
  • At least 3 years of hands-on therapy experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to structured and ethical methods of care.
