Agentic AI Workflow Specialist

We're seeking an expert in agentic AI to build and optimize workflow systems, leveraging cutting-edge techniques like large language models, prompt engineering, and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and fine-tune domain-adaptive agentic AI systems for business process automation.
  • Work with pre-trained models, applying techniques like PEFT, SFT, and adapting them for specific applications and domains.
  • Enhance model responses through prompt engineering using techniques like Chain of Thought, Few Shot.
  • Build end-to-end workflows for AI solutions, from data collection to training, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define AI product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest research and developments in AI, ensuring our organization stays at the forefront of technology.
  • Deploy machine learning models at scale, optimizing for latency, throughput, and robustness in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
  • Proven track record in working with large language models and related technologies.
  • Expertise in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative AI models and building agentic workflows.
  • Strong experience in prompt engineering to optimize AI model performance.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling of models.
  • Experience with NLP tasks, such as text classification, text generation, summarization, and question answering.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in deploying AI models at scale in production environments.
  • Expertise in large-scale data processing, optimization techniques, and model deployment.
