About the Role

As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in creating tailored innovation programs and detailed proposals that align with client-specific needs, constraints, and organizational objectives.

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with the Director of Innovation to:

  • Create innovative solutions that drive value for clients by conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating service design workshops, and identifying opportunities where human-centered innovation can make a significant impact.
  • Derive insights to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies, conducting user research to inform design decisions, and creating prototypes and testing them with users.

Requirements for success in this role include at least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space, mastery of user-centered design methodologies, strong facilitation skills, exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights, and an understanding of technological trends and challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in service design or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
