Job Title: ESG Data Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ESG Data Analyst to join our team. As an ESG Data Analyst, you will be responsible for researching and collecting environmental and social data from various sources, including company reports and filings. You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality data to clients in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on company websites, filings, and other sources to collect ESG data;
• Analyze and verify the accuracy of ESG data;
• Develop and maintain databases and tools to support ESG data collection and analysis;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of ESG data;
• Identify and address potential risks and issues related to ESG data;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to ESG data;
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ESG data collection and analysis processes;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, sustainability);
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments;
• Experience working with databases and data analytics tools;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software;
• Familiarity with ESG data standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, CDP);
