About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist Lead to join our team at LNW India Solutions Private Limited. As a Data Scientist Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Participate in product design and development to ensure that data-driven solutions are integrated into our products and services.
  • Anticipate and avoid roadblocks before they occur to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
  • 8-12 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data science and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
