Cloud Security Specialist

We are seeking a Cloud Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global customer support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and success of our clients.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and make a real impact on the cybersecurity landscape. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, helping them to navigate complex cloud environments and implement best practices for security.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients on cloud security platforms, including troubleshooting and configuration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs and technical documentation
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of cloud security technologies and trends
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in a technical assistance center or direct support/consulting roles
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and API-based troubleshooting
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
