Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support and manage various tasks on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing clerical duties such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative assistance, manage schedules, and conduct company secretarial work.
- Offer customer service support and ensure effective communication within the organization.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent Clerical Skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in Company Secretarial Work and Executive Administrative Assistance.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
