Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Documentation: Thoroughly analyze and document candidates' data-related projects, ensuring accurate and detailed summaries.
  • Technical Assessments and Coaching: Conduct discovery calls to assess technical and analytical understanding, providing customized coaching sessions to enhance candidates' performance.
  • Project Breakdowns and Interview Preparation: Create concise, story-based breakdowns of data workflows and methodologies, preparing candidates for confident, structured project walkthroughs.
  • Analytics-Focused Q&A Coaching: Conduct pre-interview readiness sessions, sharing customized interview strategies and data project documentation.
  • Mock Interviews and Real-Time Guidance: Assist during mock interviews with real-time analytical guidance, maintaining up-to-date question banks and relevant project insights.
  • Statistical Concepts and Data Wrangling: Explain statistical concepts, data wrangling techniques, and real-world analytics applications.
  • Problem-Solving Exercises and Model Solutions: Prepare problem-solving exercises with model solutions, teaching data interpretation, visualization best practices, and business storytelling techniques.
  • Structured Feedback and Progress Tracking: Provide structured, actionable feedback after each session, logging session outcomes and tracking candidate progress in detail.
  • Session Readiness and Collaboration Tools: Maintain quick response times and session readiness, using collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, Google Docs, and data visualization platforms effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, etc.)
  • Good understanding of statistics, data modeling, and business analytics
  • Strong verbal communication and mentoring abilities
  • Capable of simplifying complex data insights into clear business-ready narratives
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups
