Senior Chemical Process Engineer

Job Overview
This role involves building a reputation through the application of science and engineering principles to solve complex problems and challenges. It also entails developing technical approaches, building networks at various levels, mentoring junior staff and students, and leading project development.Main Responsibilities:
1. To build reputation and apply scientific and engineering theories to address challenging tasks and develop new ideas for proposals and business opportunities.
2. To create technical sections for small to medium proposals and generate funding for sector-level impact.
3. To design experiments, research designs, and statistical sampling techniques and oversee operational needs for conducting applied chemical and engineering-scale research activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Applied chemistry or chemical engineering with experience in biomass or waste processing.
2. Design of Experiments, Research Design, and Statistical Sampling.
3. Understanding of operational needs for conducting applied chemical and engineering scale research activities.
