Job Title: Software Automation Expert

Are you passionate about technology and automation? Do you want to make a real impact in the field of software development?

We are looking for a skilled Software Automation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Uipath Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Agentic AI.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Uipath RPA and Agentic AI solutions using different tools and design principles
- Configure robotics processes and objects efficiently to ensure they are maintainable and easy to understand
- Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Solve day-to-day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain proper documentation for solutions, test procedures, and scenarios during UAT and production phases
- Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow
- Contribute to larger projects in a supportive role
- Effectively interface with leadership/key stakeholders of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on automation experience using Uipath
- Experience in implementing keystroke and mouse operation-based events
- Experience in using Uipath orchestrator, manage, deploy, execute, and monitor components, managing version control, and robot log aggregation
- Working experience on mainframe systems and remote applications like Citrix
- Knowledge of applying UIPath object cloning methods on browsers like Chrome and Firefox
- Experience on Metabots and developing intelligent solutions using Metabots
- Ability to interpret and visualize business process flows and translate them into automation solutions
- Bot deployment and management exposure to control room and release management
- Basic DBMS skills and SQL skills
- Document proposed solutions, including user interfaces, functional processes, and data within the proposed system
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycles
- Good understanding of systems and troubleshooting abilities
- Providing superior experience and knowledge of the UIPath solution and associated methodology to support colleagues through all phases of delivery lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in GenAI/Agentic AI
