Key Responsibilities

  • Shift rostering and generating MIS reports.
  • Administering the ITSM tool and distributing tickets to technicians.
  • Implementing IT ticket governance and logging tickets.
  • Providing technical support to VIP users and configuring, installing, and maintaining complex software systems.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Desktop EUC environments.
  • Leadership qualities and experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory and Remote application deployment.
  • Certification in ITIL V3/ V4, MCSA for Windows 10/11 is preferred.
