Job Opportunity:Eldyne is a pioneer in modernised digital and automated Railway Signalling Systems.We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Design & Engineering Support team for Railway Axle Counter solutions. The role demands deep technical expertise in fail-safe signalling products, embedded systems, and RAMS analysis, combined with the ability to engage with stakeholders across Indian Railways, RDSO, and internal teams.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust design support, compliance with international standards, and driving engineering excellence in both hardware and software domains.
  • Provide design & engineering support for Railway Axle Counter solutions, ensuring compliance with safety, signalling standards, and RAMS requirements.
  • Lead V&V (Verification & Validation) activities including First Time Right (FTR) checks to ensure quality and fail-safe product performance.
  • Liaise with RDSO and SAG & above level railway officers to address design, compliance, and product approval requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of product failures, propose corrective actions, and drive engineering improvements.
  • Manage engineering documentation, design reports, and ensure compliance with EN, IEC, IS standards.
