Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on Digital interventions across Mid scale to Large scale projects using BIM collaboration, coordination, and visualization tools for Facility Management and operations throughout the lifecycle.
  • Strong software background in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, (4D, 5D Simulation), Cobie (as per ISO, Digital Twins, Bentley Itwin, Autodesk Tandem and Strong Knowledge on implementation on BIM-Dimensions.
  • Strong Understanding Digital delivery tools (CDE), Setting up managing Autodesk Build, Docs
  • Coordinate the review and validation of construction models (including 4D/5D contractor model submittals).
  • Responsible for developing BIM strategy, overseeing all BIM work on select projects and responsible for BIM quality on all projects, while working closely with BIM Leadership on the development of pilot projects.
Requirements
  • BIM / CAD Implementation of Information Management systems using Autodesk and Bentley BIM platforms.
  • Specialized in implementing Common Data Environments: Autodesk BIM 360/ACC and Bentley ProjectWise.
  • Authoring and Supervising BIM Execution plans at pre-contract stage; post contract for design, and construction as-built operations, as per ISO 19650.
  • Day to day management of the digital models
  • Exchanging project data with multiple stakeholders through CDE(Autodesk Docs)
  • Generating 3D federated models for clash detection, generating reports to demonstrate coordination progress and clash mitigation
  • Understanding and proactively implementing the required LOD, and CoBie data at each of the project stages, as per project-specific requirements
  • Developing periodic training sessions for the design team and other stakeholders
