Design Leader Opportunity

Develop a comprehensive standard cell library from scratch, integrating support for existing libraries. Identify and optimize power-performance-area (PPA) trade-offs between different cell circuit architectures in real-world usage environments.

Collaborate closely with the layout team to define floor plans and layout guidelines for schematics, ensuring optimal design through layout reviews.

Implement combinatorial, power management, and sequential circuits using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

Verify functionality, performance, and power consumption of developed circuits using equivalence verification tools (e.g., ESPCV).

Generate characterization views and models of libraries across multiple custom process-voltage-temperature (PVT) corners.

Create accurate and thorough documentation of work, design flows, and reports to ensure knowledge sharing and reuse.

Automate manual tasks to reduce overall time and effort, improving productivity and efficiency.

Utilize standard electronic design automation (EDA) tools such as resistance-capacitance extraction, SPICE simulators, and schematic/layout editors to streamline design workflows.

Work with various file formats like lef, NLDM, CCS, and .LIB to support seamless integration with industry-wide place and route, simulation, and signoff tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive standard cell library from scratch.
  • Integrate support for existing libraries.
