About the Role

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum

Job Description: As a Senior Technical Architect at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing strategies to move data solutions/technologies from on-premise systems to cloud environments (public, private, or hybrid). You will create scalable and efficient data architectures optimized for cloud services, considering factors like storage, compute, and data processing while adhering to industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design data solutions that can dynamically scale to meet changing demands and optimize performance in cloud-based infrastructures
  • Architect cost-effective data solutions by leveraging cloud services efficiently, minimizing unnecessary expenses
  • Establish seamless integration between various cloud-based data services and applications, ensuring interoperability and data consistency
  • Develop architectures that support big data processing and analytics applications within the cloud environment
  • Design and implement robust backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data resilience and continuity in the cloud
  • Work closely with cybersecurity teams to fortify data protection measures against cyber threats and vulnerabilities
  • Create documentation and present data architecture concepts to diverse audiences
  • Maintain understanding of data modeling and data integration technology trends and best practices and use this knowledge to bring solutions to business units and IT; make recommendations on buy vs. build decisions
  • Provide periodic reports on activities, accomplishments, issues and their solutions, as well as assisting in forecasts of future utilization, tools, and resource requirements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations to ensure safe and sound business operations
