Job Title: Analytical Researcher I

We are seeking an experienced Analytical Researcher I to join our team at Lifelancer. As an Analytical Researcher I, you will be responsible for developing and validating analytical methods for the analysis of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and validate analytical methods for the analysis of pharmaceutical products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, IC, and UV.
  • Analyze samples received from the formulation department, including in-process, finished product, and stability samples.
  • Carry out analytical method development and method validation for in-process and finished products.
  • Transfer analytical methods to the QC department in Goa.
  • Handle and test high-potent compounds/molecules.
  • Troubleshoot analytical instruments for difficulties faced during day-to-day operations.
  • Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments, including activities such as qualification, AMC history, spares usage records, etc.
  • Search literature for development of analytical methods.
  • Ensure that all activities are executed in the framework of good laboratory and documentation practices and the existing quality systems are adhered to.
  • Ensure safe practices are followed during the performance of activities and strict adherence to the EHS systems of the site.
Requirements:
  • M.Sc./ M. Pharm./Ph.D. in a relevant field.
  • At least 48 years of relevant experience.
  • Sound knowledge of chemistry and analytical method development, method validation, and transfer, instrumental method of analysis, and logical approach.
  • Hands-on experience on instruments such as GC, HPLC, Ion Chromatography, UV, and Dissolution apparatus, etc.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for different markets (US, EU, Canada, etc.).
  • Knowledge on ICH guidelines for forced degradation studies, impurity profile, etc.

    • Outgoing, personable, responsible, self-motivated, and confident.
