Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Technical Consultant to lead our SAP team in delivering high-quality solutions.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Serve as the MDG Technical SME for DevOps squads and project teams, providing technical expertise and guidance.\
  • Drive development and configuration activities as per business needs and functional requirements, ensuring timely delivery of projects.\
  • Provide resolutions for incoming incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, improving overall system stability.\
  • Support IST & UAT testing, user training, and post-deployment support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-wide issues and enable continuous improvement, fostering a culture of innovation.\
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, test, and implement robust MDG solutions, meeting business objectives.

Requirements:

\
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP MDG Technical Consultant, with a proven track record of success.\
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP MDG implementations, incident resolution, and change management, with a strong focus on process improvement.\
  • Proficiency in MDG BP/Customer/Vendor objects with configuration and customization skills, enabling efficient system operations.\
  • Strong expertise in ABAP and Fiori development, with a solid understanding of SAP SD/MM modules and their integration with MDG.\
  • In-depth understanding of workflow, validation rules, replication, error handling, data modeling, key mapping, and process modeling, ensuring effective system performance.\
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC integration, including inbound/outbound interfaces, IDocs, XML, and data flow elements, facilitating seamless data exchange.\
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps models, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.\
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective teamwork and relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

\
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA MDG is a plus, with experience in implementing and configuring this solution.\
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles with escalation handling, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
