Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Systems Strategist to play a critical role in defining the global finance systems roadmap and implementing enhancements.

  • Collaborate with business partners and IT team to develop comprehensive business requirements for expense system solutions.
  • Lead and deliver multiple system projects simultaneously, demonstrating expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with in-depth knowledge of one or more finance functional areas.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring global data and process standards are implemented.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management, articulating ideas and recommendations clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement system initiatives and enhancements, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of system changes.
  • Work with IT development team to support agile development of regional and global system enhancements.
  • Challenge status quo and bring new methods and techniques to the workforce, providing recommendations on business process enhancements from efficiency, automation, and controls perspectives.
  • Execute UAT process and validation of system changes, ensuring compliance with financial internal controls and policies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, preferably with an advanced degree.
  • Total 5-8 years of Business Analyst experience supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Expenses modules.
  • Solid understanding of Controller and Procurement fundamentals and Finance data process flows.
  • Excellent communication, data analysis, and project management skills.
  • High degree of proficiency in Excel and Access required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle EBS or Peoplesoft Financials, Ariba, Concur, and analytical tools like Tableau, PowerBI, OBIEE.
