Estimation Engineer

As an experienced Estimation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cost estimation strategies for our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing accurate cost estimates for machined and fabricated components.
  • Analyzing technical drawings and specifications to develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Coordinating with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure project costing accuracy.
  • Engaging in reverse engineering and estimation for new product developments.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing vendor pricing.
  • Maintaining and updating cost databases for bought-out items.
  • Supporting RFQ/RFP responses and preparing techno-commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Cost Estimation: Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate project costing.
  • Technical Analysis: Analyze technical drawings and specifications to identify key costs and develop BOQs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimize vendor pricing.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Additional Information:

The selected candidate will be required to relocate to Hyderabad, India.
