Attero seeks a seasoned Chemical Process Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Services department, you will play a vital role in driving process improvements and ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing process enhancements that align with Attero's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define functional requirements and develop comprehensive technology transfer documentation.
  • Evaluate detailed engineering designs for feasibility, cost adherence, quality, and alignment with company requirements.
  • Oversee procurement actions, including finalizing equipment specification sheets and ensuring timely permissions.
  • Promote cost savings through value engineering in technology choices and procurement actions.
  • Support plant optimization initiatives by working closely with the data analytics team.
Requirements

To be considered for this challenging and rewarding role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in process engineering and operations management of process plants.
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
  • Ability to review and evaluate engineering designs.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of EHS guidelines and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in manpower planning and training.
