About the Role:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, code, test, and document software applications
  • Participate in iterative and incremental changes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Lead the translation of product requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable software systems
  • Develop skills as a technical mentor through peer code reviews and other collaborative practices
  • Collaborate with production operations teams to resolve ad-hoc issues and provide client support during regular business hours
  • Contribute to software quality by writing unit tests and collaborating with QA on automated testing suites

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Software Development or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Software Development, with substantial knowledge of SQL and database management (SQL Server)
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, with expertise in C#
  • Familiarity with frontend languages and frameworks, including JavaScript and Angular
  • Experience with unit and functional test frameworks, and ability to verify code correctness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment
  • Flexibility to adopt new technologies, such as mobile app development

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹25-35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
