CPQ Solution Architect

Job Summary

As a CPQ business analyst, you will be part of a global team implementing and optimizing our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and documentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales, contracts, order management, and finance teams to understand current and future processes.
  • Work with IT architects to design scalable CPQ solutions.
  • Document quote-to-cash workflows and system architecture.
  • Configure and manage CPQ components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes.
  • Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts.
  • Maintain system documentation and operating instructions.
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
  • 5+ years working with sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (product, pricing, approvals).
  • Advanced Salesforce administration (profiles, workflows, process builder).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
