Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-scale solutions in Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) and prototyping of Cloud solutions using AWS services.
  • Define Integration Design and Security Design for Web Services and Enterprise component development.
  • Work on networking and security topics as an AWS cloud administrator.
  • Manage storage using AWS Storage services.
  • Work extensively with Amazon Elastic Container Service for Kubernetes (EKS).
  • Create and manage Docker images.
  • Perform cloud cost analysis, estimations, and apply best practices.
  • Manage Kubernetes system services and worker nodes.
  • Work with Database Administration and DBMS.
  • Produce documentation and design documents.
  • Provide estimates for requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Haves:
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience with hands-on coding ability.
  • AWS Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional).
  • Strong Linux/UNIX experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Terraform.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud platforms across various services.
  • Experience implementing AWS Cloud Security.
  • Knowledge of Load Balancing, Auto-Scaling, and Route 53 for traffic management.
  • Experience with Network Access Control List, VPC peering, AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail.
  • Ability to design Highly Available and/or Fault-Tolerant Architectures.
  • Experience with open-source technologies and tools.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Background in Java for API development.
