Job Title: Planning Engineer

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a talented Project Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and updating project schedules.
  • You will have good knowledge on water supply projects like STP, WTP, Water schemes, and 24*7 water supply projects.
  • Your key responsibilities will include setting work programs and target milestones as per the project plan.
  • You will act as a catalyst in planning strategy, monitoring critical activities based on the project schedule, and advising project management.
  • You will assist management in leading and driving business strategy, and monitor day-to-day work progress to prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • You will also assist in formulating an effective project review and monitoring system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MIS control analysis
  • Translate vision of top management into business plans
  • Ensure review of business function performance and collect key performance indicators
  • Follow up closure of operational issues from review meetings of management
  • Assist management in monitoring and managing contractual matters
  • Research and analysis of business sectors, developments, competitors, changes in policies, and their impact
  • Maintain records of contractual documents and agreements
  • Coordinate operational reviews and MOMs
