JAMF Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a seasoned expert in JAMF administration to provide comprehensive MAC device management, user identity and endpoint protection services.
• Maintain robust security compliance across our global endpoint estate using JAMF / SCCM / MECM / Azure.
• Develop and implement best-in-class vulnerability, security and Evergreen upgrade processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows group policy, MAC policy & security patches, laptop hardware, drivers and BIOS updates.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams, packaging teams, senior technical management, product owners and project managers to support technology across the collaboration stack. They will also contribute to service improvements by working smarter, providing better tools and optimizing the use of existing product sets.

This role requires strict adherence to security policy standards, ensuring operational requirements are met in the delivery of services around standards and engineering. The candidate must be able to maintain accurate support documentation and issue tracking using Confluence and Jira.

Technical Requirements:

• JAMF Administration on JAMF Pro / JAMF Cloud
• Microsoft Intune device management and policy configuration
• Microsoft Autopilot maintenance and engineering
• Enterprise level patching and vulnerability management

The ideal candidate will have extensive technical experience covering the following areas:

• Remote access technologies and client troubleshooting – Pulse VPN, NetScaler, Zscaler Cloud Proxy
• Active Directory and Group Policy, Azure AD
• PKI infrastructure - Certificate Management and NDES
