Project Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned automation expert to develop an end-to-end sales workflow utilizing n8n.

This involves automating the process from initial company identification to personalized email outreach, creating a robust engine for our sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement an efficient workflow in n8n that meets reliability and scalability standards.
  • Integrate various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and potentially web scraping services like Phantombuster.
  • Implement robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow.
  • Develop expressions and light code (if necessary) in the Function node to accurately parse and map data between nodes.
  • Collaborate with our team to refine prompts for the AI nodes, ensuring high-quality, personalized outputs.
  • Provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Expertise in n8n: Demonstrable experience building complex workflows is essential. Please provide examples of past projects.
  • API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication methods (OAuth2, API Keys, Header Auth).
  • AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 into automated workflows.
  • Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with concepts and tools for web scraping and data enrichment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex automation issues and think critically to find solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic to ensure accuracy.

  • Experience with sales/marketing automation.
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge for use in n8n's Function node.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets functions and formulas.
