Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior MERN Stack Developer located in Navi Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading web development projects, designing and developing front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring responsive design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Debug and optimize applications
- Manage databases
- Participate in code reviews
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Experience with common development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team is a plus
