Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for engineers who are passionate about Large Language Models (LLMs), Reasoning and Generation (RAG) pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Generative AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks, as well as building, integrating, and fine-tuning LLMs and AI models into production systems.

Additionally, they will implement RAG pipelines and manage vector databases, apply prompt engineering and tokenization for optimized outputs, collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams, test, deploy, and monitor models for performance and scalability, and stay up-to-date with Generative AI advancements, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1.6+ years of experience in Generative AI
  • 6+ months of experience in Agentic AI
  • 3-5 years of experience in Python, with experience in prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with LLMs, such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini
  • Experience with vector databases and RAG pipelines
  • Familiarity with LangChain libraries and AI agents
  • Cloud experience, preferably Azure, but also acceptable on AWS or GCP
