Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate MuleSoft Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a crucial player in designing, developing, and maintaining robust integrations that will be embedded directly within our commercial offering. If you have the expertise to streamline complex workflows and a passion for solving integration challenges within customer-facing products, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and secure MuleSoft integrations that will be core components of our commercial product.
  2. Focus on user-centric integration design, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience within our product.
  3. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to ensure integrations align with product requirements and enhance client experiences.
  4. Analyze complex system requirements, translating them into effective integration solutions tailored to client needs.
  5. Create and maintain clear technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and long-term project sustainability.
  6. Proactively monitor integration performance within our product, identify and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency, reliability, and the overall customer experience.
  7. Develop and implement robust unit testing and deployment strategies within our CI/CD pipeline.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in the integration space to continually enhance our product's capabilities.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience, including both REST and SOAP APIs. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade integrations is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have a deep understanding of API design principles and API-led connectivity approaches.

The best candidates will also have the following:

  • MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Developer - MCD).
  • Experience integrating with IDPs, HRIS, ERP, CRMs, and other major SaaS platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
