Key Responsibilities
  • Database Development: Develop high-quality SQL code to design, implement and maintain databases that meet business requirements.
  • Cloud Database Technologies: Utilize cloud-based database solutions such as Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory and Azure DataBricks to store and process large data sets.
  • Migration Activities: Plan, execute and validate the migration of databases, data and other resources across Azure Cloud environments.
  • NoSQL Experience: Leverage NoSQL technologies like Cosmos DB to handle semi-structured and unstructured data.
  • Optional: Performance Tuning: Identify areas for performance improvement in existing databases and implement optimizations to enhance system performance.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SQL development principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions.
  • Experience with migration activities and NoSQL technologies.
