As an Advanced AI Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling AI algorithms, models, and platforms that drive our core products and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end development of advanced AI solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights.
  • Work directly with founders, product leaders, and global clients to translate business requirements into transformative AI products.
  • Drive the full AI lifecycle: ideation – design – development – testing – deployment – iteration.
  • Mentor junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
  • Push boundaries of AI – experimenting with new methodologies, tools, and architectures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML Ops stacks.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
