Job Description

Technical Expertise

As a highly skilled EPS CC&B Functional Consultant, we are seeking a professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) systems. Strong technical and functional expertise in CC&B is required, including hands-on experience with Java, Oracle frameworks, and related tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coding and Configuration: Work on CC&B Java with strong knowledge in coding and configurations.
  2. Development and Management: Develop and manage UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, BOs, and service tasks.
  3. Integration and Automation: Utilize XAI/XSLT/XPath for integration and automation within the CC&B platform.
  4. System Modifications: Perform PL/SQL development to support system modifications and enhancements.
  5. Module Implementation: Ensure seamless implementation and support of CC&B modules, utilizing strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle CC&B.
  6. Process Enhancement: Leverage expertise in the OUAF framework for enhancing customer care and billing processes.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Oracle CC&B.
  • Java Development: Proficient in Java development within the CC&B platform.
  • Technical Components: Expertise in working with UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, and related technical components.
  • XML-Based Integrations: Good understanding of XAI/XSLT/XPath for XML-based integrations.
  • OUAF Framework: Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • PL/SQL Development: Hands-on experience in PL/SQL development.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
