Senior Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations and drive growth.


About the Role
  • Financial Leadership: Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to ensure strategic alignment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement processes to streamline financial operations.
  • Strategic Analysis: Analyze financial performance metrics, KPIs, and trends to provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Support business growth initiatives and investor relations.

Key Qualifications
  • Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Any other related advanced degree along with CA is preferred.
  • Experience: 12-14 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Controller or Head of Finance). Proven track record in startups, high-growth companies, or pre-IPO environments is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, Indian GAAP, and SEBI/Companies Act regulations.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel/MS Office tools.
    • Strong knowledge of GST, direct/indirect taxes, and audit processes.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders, including board members and investors.
    • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
