Wood Coatings Specialist

As a Woodcoating Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our network. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Manage and expand our dealer network for wood coatings, focusing on identified sets and premium offerings.
• Develop and enhance our contractor network for wood coatings, targeting key areas for growth and expansion.
• Generate site leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of customers interested in premium wood coatings products.
• Conduct on-site sampling and demonstrations for dealers, contractors, architects, and designers to showcase the benefits of our range.
• Educate dealers on our comprehensive portfolio and develop targeted strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with influencers such as architects, building contractors, and painters to identify new opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with the retail team to ensure optimal visibility and promotion of our products at counters.
• Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports to CRM/Flo app systems, tracking progress and performance metrics.
• Achieve targeted reach within your designated territory.
• Meet or exceed goals for PU tinting CCD reach within your assigned territory.
