Hardware Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Design Expert to lead the development of innovative and high-quality hardware solutions for our air conditioning products.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the overall hardware architecture, including inverter drives and logic controllers, communication modules, and power boards. They will also oversee the design and review of PCBs and BOMs, ensuring compliance with EMI/EMC standards and thermal management requirements.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams. They will work closely with firmware teams to define hardware-software interfaces and ensure seamless integration.

The role requires strategic planning, execution, and delivery of hardware projects that align with business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation in design processes, tools, and methodologies, as well as ensuring robust design verification and validation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, schematic capture, PCB design tools, and hardware simulation.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, DFM/DFT principles, and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and leading cross-functional projects.
